We are excited for you to order Kaïa swimwear. Please allow us 1 business day for your order to be processed. You can fit the items in the comfort of your home so you can view the quality of the fabric and the beautiful colors in real life.

You’ll receive an order confirmation and shipment information e-mail with track & trace when your payment is received. Most packages will be delivered through you mailbox. Very convenient for you, as you don’t have to stay home to receive your Kaïa items.

 

Shipping is FREE for orders above €65 in the Netherlands.

For Belgium customers shipping is FREE for orders above €100.

FREE shipping for other EU countries on orders above €150.

All other countries receive FREE shipping on orders above €200.

Kaïa Beachwear is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as COVID-19 or carrier issues.

Duties & Taxes

We love that Kaïa Beachwear is crossing borders even outside the EU! Please be aware that any duties and taxes that might be applicable for your country, are not included in the pricing at checkout. Orders shipped to non EU countries could be subjected to duties, customs fees and taxes upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs as they are not managed by us. We therefore advise you to consult your countries regulations before placing your order to prevent any unexpected costs upon delivery.

 

Our return policy

Not happy with the items and want to return them? No problem! We accept returns within 14 days after delivery date. To receive a refund for your returned your Kaïa items, we ask you to follow our general guidelines:

• The product needs to be returned in original condition with hygiene liner and hang tag attached.
• Item must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed.
• The product returned needs to be free of stains, make-up, sweat, parfume or any other substance.

For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

As we strive to be sustainable and environmentally friendly as much as possible, we ask our customers to do the same. As online shopping is generally negatively impacting the environment, we ask you to be more conscious and do your part when shopping online. For this reason we do not offer free returns and will for this reason be at your own charge.

Luckily the items are very compact and can be returned and shipped as mailbox post which is the cheapest form of delivery.

Kaïa Beachwear does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at a shipment facility. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Kaïa Beachwear’s sole discretion.

Please be aware that we do not refund initial shipping cost when applied.
